List of Documents for Salaried Person:-

1) Loan Application: Completed loan application form duly filled in affixed with 3 Passport size photographs

2) Proof of Identity (Any one): PAN/ Passport/ Driver’s License/ Voter ID card
3) Proof of Residence/ Address (Any one): Recent copy of Telephone Bill/ Electricity Bill/Water Bill/ Piped Gas Bill or copy of Passport/ Driving License/ Aadhar Card

4) Salary Slip or Salary Certificate of last 3 months

5) Copy of Form 16 for last 2 years or copy of IT Returns for last 2 financial years, acknowledged by IT Dept.

6) Last 6 months Bank Account Statements for all Bank Accounts held by the applicant/s
7) If any previous loan from other Banks/Lenders, then Loan A/C statement for last 1 year

List of Documents for Non-Salaried Person:-

1) Loan Application: Completed loan application form duly filled in affixed with 3 Passport size photographs

5) IT returns for last 3 years & TDS Certificate (Form 16A, if applicable)
6) Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss A/c for last 3 years
7) Business License Details(or equivalent)
8) Last 1 year’s Current A/c Statements of the business entity and Savings Account Statements of the individual
9) If any previous loan from other Banks/Lenders, then Loan A/C statement for last 1 year

10) Certificate of qualification (for C.A./ Doctor and other professionals)

3) Commencement Certificate (Bandhakam Parvana / Aarambh Patr)
4) Latest Property card / 7/12(fresh/latest) / Extracts OR Mutation Register Extract
5) Occupancy Certificate / Completion Certificate (Bhogwata Pramanpatra)
6) Final Lay out + N.A Order
7) B tenure NOC Copy (*if Required)
8) Deed of Partnership (*if Required)
9) Development Agreement & Power of attorney (*if Required)
11) No-Objection Certificates (NOC)
12) Allotment Letter OR Possession Letter + Payment Order
13) Payment Receipts & Architectural Certificate
